Terms of Service
1. Service Description
ProdPoke ("the Service") is an autonomous web application testing tool. The Service crawls and tests publicly accessible websites by simulating user interactions, capturing screenshots, and generating reports about potential issues including bugs, security concerns, performance problems, and UX deficiencies.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ProdPoke only to test:
- Websites you own or operate
- Websites you have explicit permission to test
- Publicly accessible demo or staging environments
You must not use ProdPoke to test websites without authorization, perform denial-of-service attacks, or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities discovered through testing.
3. Account and Credits
Access to ProdPoke requires registration with a valid email address. The Service operates on a credit-based model. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not expire. One credit equals one test session (one URL, fully explored).
4. Intellectual Property
Test results, screenshots, and reports generated by ProdPoke are owned by you. The ProdPoke platform, its code, design, and branding remain the intellectual property of ProdPoke.
5. Limitations of Liability
ProdPoke provides automated testing as a best-effort service. Results are not guaranteed to be exhaustive or complete. ProdPoke is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on test results, missed bugs, or false positives. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
6. Data and Privacy
ProdPoke stores screenshots and test data for the purpose of generating reports. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and retention.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
